As you would expect from any Ford truck, the Ford F-150 Lightning Switchgear has immense power. Its two motors and 131.0-kWh battery combine to produce 580 horsepower and 775 lb-ft of torque. Plus, it will give you up to 320 miles of driving range before needing a charge.
Off-Road-Tuned Suspension
The rockier the terrain, the better for the Ford F-150 Lightning Switchgear. It’s built with a double-wishbone front suspension and multilink rear suspension, with stabilizer bars at both ends. It also has Fox® 3.0-inch-diameter internal bypass dampers. Other off-road amenities include a front skid plate and steel-fabricated rock rails. Inside are five Recaro® sports seats with six-point harnesses.
Excellent Ground Clearance
The Ford F-150 Lightning Switchgear should have little trouble navigating whatever you need to get over. Its standard equipment includes 37-inch Nitto® Ridge Grappler tires on 18-inch forged aluminum alloy beadlock wheels. These provide this Ford truck with 13.5 inches of ride height in the front and 11 inches of clearance in the rear so there’s plenty of ground clearance to avoid obstacles.
