The Ford Maverick also comes as a plug-in hybrid version as well.
The body-on-frame Ranger makes up for this with greater available tow rating. It also comes with a 4x4 system with a two-speed transfer case and an optional locking rear differential. The Ford Maverick cannot tow the way the Ford Ranger can.
